For example, somewhere on a trip, in the apartment there is only a microwave, but you really want to eat dumplings. Right now we will tell you in detail how to cook them using this wonderful device. Of course, this can’t be done without water: pour it into a microwave-safe container and bring to a boil. Then prepare the dumplings as usual. Step 1

Remove the dumplings from the freezer. Pour drinking water into a microwave-safe bowl. Place in the appliance and bring to a boil. This can be done simply in a kettle and only then pour water into a bowl.

When the water boils, add about 1 tsp. salt, bay leaf, dried garlic and peppercorns (you can use other seasonings and spices). Bring to a boil again and cook for one minute.

Place frozen dumplings in water and stir. Cook at about 900 W for about 5-8 minutes, stirring a couple of times during this time. Be careful not to boil the water too vigorously, otherwise it will splash out of the bowl.

Place the dumplings in a colander and let the liquid drain completely. Wash the green onions, dry well with a paper towel and chop.

Distribute the finished hot dumplings among plates. Pepper and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Top with good thick sour cream and serve immediately.
