How to make mannik on kefir in glasses? Very easy! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take flour of the highest grade. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. It is preferable to use refined, odorless vegetable oil. I have a sunflower. If desired, you can add 1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanilla. Glasses with a volume of 200 ml are used for the calculation.
In a bowl, combine kefir at room temperature, eggs, sugar and semolina. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk and leave the mass for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Butter melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven and cool. Pour butter and vegetable oil into the semolina mixture and mix.
Pour in the flour sifted with soda and mix the dough with a mixer until smooth. It is necessary to break all flour lumps. The dough is quite thick, but fluid.
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, you do not need to grease it with oil or margarine. But metal, ceramic or glass dishes should be lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina or flour so that the baked goods do not burn. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake the mannik in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer. It should be dry.
Remove the finished cake from the mold. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Bon Appetit!
