To prepare a good chicken kebab, you don’t have to be cunning and tricky for a long time. It is better to trust the experience of a professional and make a marinade based on sparkling water. It would seem simple, but very tasty!

Chicken thigh without skin (fillet) - 1 kg
Bulb onions - 150 g
Salt - 12 g
Ground black pepper - 2 g
Mineral water - 100 ml
Refined vegetable oil - 25 ml
Lavash Armenian - 2 pc
Greenery - 16 g

Chicken thigh, cleaned and without skin, cut into cubes with a side of 5-7 cm. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the onion into half rings 0.5-1 cm thick and add to the meat. Add vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly. Pour in sparkling water, stir and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Separate the meat from the onion. Thread the meat onto skewers and fry the kebabs on the grill or in a grill pan. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs and pita bread.
