How to make pate-spread from carrots and processed cheese on bread? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Any processed cheese is suitable, including sausage. You can take smoked melted cheese. Vegetable oil is better to take without smell. The amount of any ingredient can be reduced or increased, depending on the taste of the pate you want to get.
Peel and wash the onion. Cut the onion into small cubes.
Wash the pre-peeled carrots, grate them on a coarse or fine grater.
