Cut the chicken breast fillet into appetizing pieces 3x3x3 cm. Salt, pepper, season with curry powder and add olive oil. Thoroughly rub the mixture into the meat, let it soak in the aromas at room temperature for 15–30 minutes, so that each piece acquires its own character.
Prepare the peppers for the skewers: clean them and cut them into 3x3 cm pieces, lightly salt them and brush with oil to give them shine. Thread the chicken, peppers, and juicy cherry tomatoes onto thin skewers, alternating them as if creating a bright culinary pattern. Remember to secure the peppers at the beginning and end.
Light the fire in the grill, let the coals burn well until they are covered with white ash – a sure sign of readiness. Place the skewers on the grill and, turning regularly, fry the kebabs until the chicken fillet is fully cooked for 10–12 minutes. It is important not to overdry, so that each piece remains tender and juicy.
