Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet, removing any membranes and sinews. Sift the flour through a sieve. Prepare several deep bowls and a frying pan.
Cut the chicken into small, neat pieces. Prepare three bowls: pour flour into one, crack an egg into another and whisk it thoroughly with a fork. In the third bowl, crush the chips and mix them with breadcrumbs.
Add salt and pepper to the bowl of flour and mix well. Take each fillet piece, first dredge it in flour on all sides, then dip it in egg, and finally, coat it in the breadcrumb and chip mixture. Repeat this process for all chicken pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Carefully place the prepared chicken pieces and fry them on both sides until golden and crispy. Transfer the cooked nuggets to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve the delicious homemade nuggets hot, accompanied by your favorite sauces – ketchup and mayonnaise.
