Preheat the oven to 230 °С. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, without cutting off the stem. Carefully remove the seeds. Grease the peppers with oil and bake them lightly in the oven to soften them, but not completely. Let cool.
Fill the pepper halves with the resulting filling, smooth it out, and put them in the refrigerator to let it set slightly. Serve the peppers chilled or grill them.
Remove the chicken meat from the bones and chop finely. Chop the green onions. Mix the chicken, onion, adjika, and cream cheese. Add thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes.
