Prepare the mushrooms: gently clean them with a damp cloth to preserve their natural flavor. Remove the stems, leaving the caps ready for a delicious filling. Don't rush to throw away the stems – they are perfect for a fragrant soup, hearty stew, or exquisite pate!
In three separate bowls, add flour, breadcrumbs, and whisk the eggs. There is no need to whisk the eggs vigorously, it is enough to simply combine the yolks with the whites using a whisk or fork.
Prepared stuffed mushrooms, carefully roll first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally – generously cover with breadcrumbs. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, pre-lined with baking paper, so that they do not touch each other, creating ideal conditions for baking.
Send the baking sheet with mushrooms to the oven preheated to 200°C for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 175°C and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Serve this delicious dish hot or cold, choosing the option to your liking.
Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes, about 12 pieces. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to the chicken mince. Thoroughly mix the mince with the spices so that each piece is filled with flavor. Divide the mince into 12 equal parts, forming small portions weighing about 25 g each.
Take each mushroom cap and carefully place a cube of cheese inside. Then, tightly but gently place a portion of chicken mince on top, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the mushroom to create an appetizing and juicy dish.
