Prepare the form for perfect baking! Grease a heat-resistant form (24 cm in diameter) with butter and dust with flour. Distribute the flour evenly over the form, tapping on the walls, and shake off the excess.
Prepare your oven for magic! Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the rack in the center. Fill the prepared pan with batter and smooth it with a spatula. Evenly distribute the berries over the batter.
Time to bake a masterpiece! Place the cake pan in the oven and bake for 40–45 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer: if it comes out dry from the center of the cake, it is ready. If necessary, increase the baking time by 5–7 minutes.
Give the pie some time to rest! Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a plate and let it cool completely. Before serving, garnish with powdered sugar and cut into delicious portions.
Softened butter is the secret to tender dough! Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter, regular and vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Turn the butter into an airy cloud! Beat the butter mixture with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl and mix again with a mixer. The dough should resemble thick sour cream in consistency.
