Prepare the trout steaks: thoroughly pat them dry with paper towels and transfer to a spacious bowl. Generously drizzle with soy sauce, gently rubbing it into the fish for better absorption.
Season the steaks with crushed pepper and coriander, using a couple of peppercorns of each spice. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Fry the steaks in a lightly oiled grill pan over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side, creating a delicious crust.
To make your steaks look especially appealing, try to preserve clear grill marks. Carefully flip the fish to create a beautiful pattern on each side.
To prepare the salad, cut the bell pepper and red onion into thin strips, add a little hot pepper to taste, and coarsely chopped greens. Dress the salad with olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Carefully place the grilled trout on a plate, next to it arrange a fresh salad. Sprinkle everything with sea salt to taste and drizzle with a little lime juice. Serve immediately, enjoying every bite!
