Thoroughly wash and dry the vegetables with paper towels. Peel the onion and scrape the carrots. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper. Prepare a frying pan for the next step of cooking.
Dice the onion into small, neat cubes.
Cut the carrots into thin sticks or elegant julienne strips.
First, slice the bell pepper, then finely chop it.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil to the desired temperature.
Place the prepared ingredients into the heated pan and mix thoroughly.
Sauté the vegetables for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure even cooking.
