Begin by preparing the ingredients: thoroughly rinse the pork under cold running water, then carefully pat it dry with paper towels. Wash all the vegetables and peel them.
Place the pork in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, carefully skim off any foam that forms. Season with salt to taste and continue to simmer the meat over low heat until it is completely tender.
Slice the potatoes into neat sticks, finely shred the onion into thin feathers, and mince the tomatoes as finely as possible so they dissolve into the sauce.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it over the fire. Sauté the onions and tomatoes in it, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes, until they become soft and fragrant.
Once the pork is cooked, carefully remove the meat from the broth. Let it cool slightly, then cut it into small cubes.
Return the sliced meat to the flavorful broth. Add the prepared potato sticks to the same pot. Simmer the soup for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes begin to soften.
