Mini Button Mushrooms - 4 pcs.

Thoroughly wash and peel the carrots. Rinse the mushrooms. Remove the skin from the onions.
Boil the chicken in salted water. This will take approximately 20 minutes from the moment it starts boiling. Once cooked, let the meat cool.
Slice the onion into half-rings and blanch it with boiling water to remove the bitterness.
Grate the carrot coarsely. Sauté it over low heat in 2 tablespoons of hot vegetable oil until tender.
Slice the mushrooms thinly. Add them to the pan with the carrots. Fry until the liquid evaporates and they turn golden brown.
Drain the mushrooms and carrots in a sieve to remove excess oil. Then transfer them to a salad bowl along with the onion.
Dice the chicken into small cubes and add it to the vegetables. Add the corn to the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and dress with mayonnaise.
Garnish the "Gorodskoy" salad with quail egg halves.
