Rinse the rice thoroughly several times. Wash the chicken fillet. Also, rinse and peel the vegetables. Prepare a rolling pin, a pot, a grater, a baking dish, and a frying pan.
Prepare the rice. Add 4 cups of water to a pot. Place it on the stove and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the rice and a pinch of salt. Cook the grains for 20-25 minutes until done.
Dice the onion into small pieces. Grate the carrot. Place the vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring constantly.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough into a 0.3 cm thick layer and carefully place it into a baking dish, leaving the edges of the dough free. Evenly spread the rice over the entire surface of the dish. Slice the fillet into thin pieces or cubes.
Spread an even layer of roasted vegetables over the rice. Arrange the chicken fillet pieces on top. Carefully close the pie with the free edges of the dough. Place the form in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Cut the finished pie into equal pieces. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle them over the pie just before serving. The sesame seeds will add a pleasant aroma to the dish and make it even more appealing.
