This barbecue chicken marinade, made from balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and garlic, gives any piece of chicken an excellent flavor.

Vinegar - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Garlic - to taste
Soy sauce - to taste

Whisk brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper in a large bowl until sugar dissolves.

Pierce chicken pieces weighing up to 4 pounds with a fork. Place the chicken in the bowl with the marinade and toss evenly to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, then cook as desired.
