A very tasty and simple budget-friendly dish for the whole family! Buckwheat with chicken in a skillet turns out to be very hearty. It is an optimal option for a family dinner or lunch. During the stewing process, the grain gets infused with the aromas and flavors of the meat. You'll spend 20 minutes on preparation, and the rest will cook by itself!

Wash and dry the chicken fillet, then cut into pieces.
In a deep frying pan with a flat bottom and high sides, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Peel and wash the onions and carrots, then chop the onion and grate the carrots.
Add vegetables to chicken and fry for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
We wash the buckwheat several times, then drain the water.
Add buckwheat to the chicken and vegetables and mix well.
Sprinkle in some salt and spices, then pour hot water over the mixture. There should be twice as much water as buckwheat.
Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the buckwheat absorbs water and becomes soft.
