A simple vinaigrette adorns this wonderful salad, crowned with pomegranate seeds resembling little jewels. Add to the green leaves sweet, fresh slices of red pear, a bit of sharp Gorgonzola, a few lightly toasted walnuts, and finely chopped shallots, and in just 25 minutes, you will be enjoying this salad!

Serves:
Apple cider vinegar 6% - 3 tbsp
Olive oil Filippo Berio Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Ground white pepper - 1 pinch
Romaine lettuce - 6 pc
Walnut - 0.3 cup
Gorgonzola cheese - 0.3 cup
Pear - 1 pc
Pomegranate - 0.3 cup
Leek - 1 pc

Combine apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and white pepper in a small container with a lid. Close the lid tightly and shake until completely mixed. Set aside.

Put the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with toasted walnut pieces and cheese crumbs. Spread pear slices with a fan on top of the salad, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and chopped shallots.

Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
