The season of bright and juicy strawberries is short. Therefore, we recommend fully enjoying unusual but delicious dishes with fresh strawberries. Among them is a salad with lightly salted salmon, strawberries, and cheese.

Serves:
Salmon fillet slightly salted - 300 g
Hard cheese - 180 g
Strawberry - 250 g
Spring mix salad - 180 g
Honey mustard - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Lemon - 0.3 g
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Take 300 g of lightly salted salmon and cut it into thin strips, and 180 g of cheese into a medium cube. If desired, you can grate it on a coarse grater.

Take 250 g of strawberries, peel the green stems, wash well under running cold water and place on a paper towel to dry. Just before serving the salad, cut the berries in half or quarters if they are large enough.

Prepare the sauce for the salad. Pour 3 tbsp into a jar. l. olive oil, add juice of 1/3 lemon, 1 tsp. sweet mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Cover the jar with a lid and shake well to obtain a smooth sauce.

Place chopped salmon, cottage cheese, strawberries and 180 g of salad mix in a bowl, pour over the prepared sauce and mix carefully. Serve the salad immediately.
