I'm telling you how to quickly and easily make sugar honeycomb from the TV series &quot;The Squid Game&quot;. I took different forms for production - metal and plastic. You will see which ones are better in the video recipe.

Start preparing the sugar syrup over low heat. Add more sugar to the place where the sugar melts.

When the syrup turns brown, turn off the heat and add soda. Mix vigorously.

Pour the syrup onto baking paper or a silicone mat. This quantity is enough for 4 pieces. We wait until it cools down for about 1 minute! Depends on the thickness of the caramel. And use a metal mold to press the caramel, but not completely. Let cool and you're done!
