Start preparing the sugar syrup over low heat. Add more sugar to the place where the sugar melts.

When the syrup turns brown, turn off the heat and add soda. Mix vigorously.

Pour the syrup onto baking paper or a silicone mat. This quantity is enough for 4 pieces. We wait until it cools down for about 1 minute! Depends on the thickness of the caramel. And use a metal mold to press the caramel, but not completely. Let cool and you're done!
