Step 1

Boil the eggs hard-boiled. Allow to cool and peel. Cut apple in half and remove core and seeds. Peel. Cut the pulp into small cubes and mix with lemon juice.

Peel the red onion and cut into half rings. Place in a bowl, pour in the apple cider vinegar and mix. Peel, press or finely chop the garlic.

Finely chop the eggs. Put the beans in a sieve to drain. Break the canned tuna into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the beans, eggs and garlic.

Finely chop the parsley, removing any coarse stems. Transfer to the bowl with the tuna. Add the apples in lemon juice and the red onion (lightly squeeze it from the vinegar).

Salt and pepper the salad ingredients to taste.Add mayonnaise and mix.Transfer to a salad bowl and serve. You can decorate the dish with parsley leaves.
