The dish is quick and easy to prepare, turns out tasty, hearty, and juicy. Not to mention the aroma that makes your mouth water! The smoked sausages give the vegetables a special "smoky" flavor, and the melted hard cheese adds a piquant creamy note!

Serves:
Potato - 1 kg
Half-smoked hunting sausages - 400 g
bell pepper - 200 g
Tomatoes - 200 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Sour cream 25% (classic) - 75 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Seasoning for potatoes - ½ tsp
Ground black pepper - 0.3 tsp
Greens (dill and parsley) - 1 bunch

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into medium-sized cubes. Transfer the vegetables to a deep dish.

Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, remove the seeds. Dice the vegetables into medium-sized cubes, add to the potatoes.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem. Cut the vegetables into pieces of any shape, add to the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the hunting sausages in natural casing into rings 1 cm thick.

In the resulting mixture, add heavy sour cream, salt, and spices to taste.

Thoroughly mix the vegetables with the sausages to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated with sour cream, salt, and spices. Transfer the potatoes with hunter sausages into an oven-safe baking dish greased with oil.

Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake the vegetables with hunter sausages in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

Then carefully remove the dish from the oven. Evenly sprinkle grated cheese on top. Without covering the dish with a lid or foil, return the potatoes with sausages to the oven for another 5 minutes so that the cheese on top melts and browns.

Garnish the finished dish with finely chopped dill and parsley.

Serve the aromatic potatoes baked with hunting sausages hot immediately after preparation.
