How to make zucchini with chicken breast in the oven with cheese and tomatoes? Choose any hard cheese, I took ordinary Russian. If you wish, you can take your favorite spices and seasonings.

Wash the chicken breasts well, dry them and cut them into thin slices. Pound the meat with a hammer, then salt and pepper.

Place the chicken in the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish.

Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into medium pieces with a knife.

Spread the chopped onion on top of the chicken breast.

Wash and peel the potatoes well, cut into thin rings, put in a bowl, add oil, salt and pepper, then mix. If you chose potatoes of dense varieties, you can pre-blanch them, and only then mix them with oil and spices.

Place the prepared potatoes on top of the onions.

Wash the tomatoes and zucchini, then cut them into half rings. Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skin. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut a very thin skin. If using more mature zucchini, cut off the rough skin and cut out the center with the seeds.

Put the zucchini and tomatoes in the form one by one and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.

Grate the cheese, and finely chop the washed greens and mix with the cheese. 5 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the obtained mixture of zucchini and tomatoes.
