Begin by preparing the chocolate: break the dark chocolate into small pieces, then transfer them to a mug. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Add the brown sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Measure out approximately one-third of the milk and pour it into a saucepan. Gently heat the milk over low heat, without bringing it to a boil. Add the peanut butter to the warm milk and stir thoroughly until the paste becomes smooth and liquid.
Pour the remaining cold milk into a tall mixing glass. Then add the diluted peanut butter and the liquid chocolate mixture. Carefully whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
