Thoroughly rinse the meat and garlic. Gently pat the pork dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Peel the garlic. Before you begin baking, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice the garlic into small, thin pieces. Make small but deep incisions in the piece of meat. Carefully fill each incision with the prepared garlic.
Carefully place the marinated pork and its marinade into a baking sleeve, then seal it tightly with clips. Pierce the sleeve in several places with a toothpick to allow steam to escape freely. Transfer the sleeve to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour.
Remove the pork from the oven and carefully take it out of the roasting sleeve. Slice the meat into small, appetizing pieces, ready to serve.
Arrange fresh salad leaves on a serving plate. Artfully place the sliced, juicy pork on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
