Begin by preparing the pasta: cook it in 3-4 liters of boiling salted water, following the package instructions, until it reaches a perfect al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients: drain the liquid from the tuna can and gently flake the fish with a fork. Rinse the dill and chop it finely, then peel and mince the garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese using a fine grater.
To create a fragrant dressing, lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then set them aside. Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until it releases an appetizing aroma. Add the tuna, lemon juice, and dill, then pour in a little hot water to make the sauce more tender.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander, then return it to the pot. Add the prepared sauce with tuna, dill, and toasted nuts to the pasta. Mix thoroughly to ensure every piece of pasta is coated with flavor. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the dish and season with freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
