In their appearance and preparation method, draniki resemble ordinary pancakes, but they are made from potatoes. The simplicity of the dish lies in the fact that the potatoes do not need to be prepared in advance; it is enough to simply peel and grate them. After that, you can shape the draniki and fry them in a pan. We added a bit of cheese to the potato dough, which makes the snack softer.
