Many people are afraid of baking chicken breast in the oven because it often turns out dry. In this recipe, we will show you how to cook the meat so that it stays juicy while being fully cooked through. As an addition, we used some tomatoes and cheese. During the baking process, they will make the chicken even tastier and more aromatic. The main secret of this recipe lies in the foil. It is exactly what prevents the juices from evaporating. However, if you don't have any, you can use a roasting bag instead.

Slice the fillet into 4 pieces.
Finely chop the parsley and mince the garlic using a garlic press or a fine grater.
Transfer the chicken to a deep bowl. Add the garlic, herbs, and spices. Mix thoroughly and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Dice the tomato into small cubes, then do the same with the cheese.
Take a piece of foil and place one fillet on it. Arrange some tomatoes and cheese on top. Fold the edges of the foil to create small boats. Repeat these steps with all of the chicken.
Preheat your oven to 190 degrees. Place the prepared chicken pieces into a baking dish or onto a baking sheet.
Place the dish in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Then, carefully open the foil and leave the chicken for another 5-10 minutes to allow the cheese to brown.
