Spaghetti with minced meat is a perfect choice for dinner. Add various spices to the dish—for example, nutmeg. It will give the pasta a slightly sweet taste and a spicy aroma. However, do not overdo it with the spices so as not to ruin the meal. The same applies to soy sauce. It serves as an excellent substitute for salt and adds a pleasant aftertaste to the dish. But the key is not to use too much, so the meal doesn't end up being overly salty.

Knead the minced meat by hand until it becomes smooth, then cover it with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator and let it rest while you prepare the remaining ingredients for the dish.
Pour water into the pot, place it on the stove, and bring it to a boil.
Place the whole spaghetti into the water. They will soften and submerge gradually. Do not forget to stir them. Boil for approximately 7 minutes, then drain in a colander and let the water run off.
Pour one tablespoon of oil into the pan and heat it up. Finely dice the onion and add it to the pan to fry.
Sauté the onions for 10 minutes until they are soft and light brown in color.
Add the ground meat to the onions and use a spatula to break up any lumps, gradually mixing it with the onions. Fry it until it changes color.
Add the black pepper and nutmeg to the pan and stir. Simmer the minced meat with the onions and spices under a lid over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Add the spaghetti to the minced meat, include the remaining oil, and toss to combine.
Press the garlic and add it to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce, stir, and cook the dish covered for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and leave the pan on the hot burner for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
Grate the parmesan on a fine grater or break it into small pieces for serving. Pick the mint leaves off the stems.
